01 -
In a large pot set over medium heat, melt the butter. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until beef is browned and fully cooked, approximately 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 -
Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until aromatic.
03 -
Pour in beef broth and add uncooked pasta. Stir to combine, ensuring pasta is submerged in liquid. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid has absorbed.
04 -
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. For a creamier consistency, add heavy cream or milk and mix thoroughly until smooth.
05 -
Taste and adjust with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add red pepper flakes for desired heat.
06 -
Divide the finished pasta among plates. Garnish with extra Parmesan, fresh parsley or basil, and additional red pepper flakes as preferred. Serve immediately.
