Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture to coat evenly, then submerge in beaten eggs, and finally cover with Panko breadcrumbs, pressing lightly so crumbs adhere well.

Place coated onion rings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring rings do not overlap. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
