# What You'll Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 salmon fillets (170 g each), skin-on or skinless as preferred

→ Glaze

02 - 30 ml honey
03 - 30 ml Dijon mustard
04 - 15 ml olive oil
05 - 5 ml garlic powder
06 - 2.5 ml paprika
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

08 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Using a brush or spoon, generously apply the glaze evenly over all sides of each fillet.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C and allow it to warm up for approximately 2 to 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
04 - Place the glazed salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each for proper air circulation.
05 - Air fry the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C.
06 - Transfer the cooked salmon to serving plates and accompany with fresh lemon wedges for added brightness.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Bring salmon to room temperature before cooking and pat dry to enhance glaze adherence. Preheating the air fryer ensures a crisp exterior and evenly cooked interior.
