17 - French fries, homemade or frozen, as needed
18 - 1 red onion, diced
19 - 1 tomato, diced
20 - 0.5 cucumber, diced

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Combine chicken pieces, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chilli flakes in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto wooden skewers. Arrange skewers on a baking tray or place in an air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
03 - In a small bowl, combine softened butter, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
04 - Once the chicken is fully cooked, immediately brush generously with seasoned butter while hot.
05 - Heat naan bread in a skillet or air fryer until soft and pliable.
06 - Place warmed naan on a clean surface. Spread with a generous layer of tzatziki. Add French fries, buttery chicken pieces, diced red onion, tomato, and cucumber. Wrap tightly with parchment paper to hold everything together.
07 - Serve gyros immediately while warm for optimal flavor and texture.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for 15–20 minutes before use to prevent burning during cooking.
